  3. artificial lighting for 2 - 3 hours lengthens the daylight hours and creates more comfortable conditions for the work of staff;

Stages of construction of a poultry farm

  1. Preliminary preparation. The features of the production cycle are determined with a client. If a simple solution is envisaged with the purchase of chickens and rearing them to reach the desired weight and produce eggs, one workroom with racks and technological lines for feeding and cleaning will be needed. How are buildings made ouf of LSGF erected?

What type of foundation should I use?

For northern countries, we usually use a columnar or pile foundation taking into account snow, wind and seismic loads. The freezing point of soils can reach 1.5-2 meters. A lightweight metal frame based on anchor bolts is mounted on top. A foundation beam with a socle is poured along the perimeter from above, if necessary (to protect the lower part of the building during the off-season)

When exporting to southern countries (the Middle East, Africa), reinforced concrete slabs are often poured (with the thickness of 100 to 300 mm usually). The frame is attached to the slab based on chemical anchor bolts.

The warranty period normally starts from the date of signing of the acceptance certificate of products on the territory of the manufacturer. The terms for eliminating defects are agreed upon depending on the complexity of their elimination. The warranty repair period should not exceed 30 working days. The warranty period is extended for a period corresponding to the downtime caused by defects and repairs.

How are rigid framing buildings erected? (welded beams)

A building kit with the 100% bolted-together design is delivered to the construction site.
